Hip and Back Pain StretchesHip and Back Pain Stretches | Exercises:

There are many stretches and exercises which any patient can do which will help speed up their healing process and eliminate the need for endless visits.

One such stretch and exercise can simply be done in a chair. Sit upright, spread the legs and lean forward down towards your knees. Keep your head up, your feet apart and just bend down to your knees and keep your head up.

Doing this routine 15-20 times can really help alleviate hip pain and back pain. Sometimes all the body really needs is to be used.  Being left in a stagnant, non-changing position can sometimes be the worse thing after an injury.

Of course I recommend coming in and getting a full examination before doing any exercise routine over an injury. 

Most of the time I find that patients who are attacking their injuries in 2-3 different ways (Chiro, Exercise, Massage, Acupuncture, Nutrition, Diet, etc) will heal 50% faster.  So doing some stretches can help (1) prevent injuries and (2) recover from personal injuries faster.
