Are you "pre-diabetes" or at risk of diabetes?

Pre Diabetes InformationAre you "pre-diabetes" or at risk of diabetes? Or do you know someone that is?

Knowledge is power especially when it comes to health and preventive medicine and preventive actions.

I have a lot of patients who have diabetes and I have a lot who are pre-diabetes and diabetes is a scary thing. I cannot imagine having to monitor my sugar levels and taking blood samples 4-6 times a week for the rest of my life.  Also the strain of diabetes on the blood vessels and organ functions of the body do not help in maintaining an active lifestyle.

In addition to taking advantage of all the alternative medicine therapies out there---such as Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage, Yoga, etc. There are other ways to help prevent Type 2 Diabetes from becoming a problem for you.

There are many things that one can do to avoid diabetes (Type 2) and living a diabetes free life. Diabetes is very debilitating and a rough disease to live with. There are many side effects and complications and people with diabetes are at a bigger risk of earlier death than others may have. Taking out a few hours to find out how to avoid diabetes is a good investment.
