A big factor in staying healthy, strong and mobile in the later years is to engage in some kind of routine exercise and fitness.

From June 2nd to June 25th on Mondays and Wednesdays there will be classes for seniors on how to set movement goals and learn a range of practical exercises (No deadlifting 400 lbs).  The classes will be held at The Gardens at Town Square in Bellevue.
