Is it better to work out before or after a Chiropractor adjustment?

The answer is both are good.  However, I have found that I prefer getting a Chiropractic adjustment AFTER working out.  

The workout tends to make it obvious what areas of the body are in need of attention. Also, the adjustment can repair any damage done during the workout.

Working out after a Chiropractic adjustment would probably give you a better work-out as there'll be less pain and (usually), less chance of injury and a tendency to work out harder and longer.
