How can I tell if my Chiropractor is under my insurance?

Answer: Simply call the front desk of the Chiropractic office and ask them to check for you and usually they will gladly do so.  You merely have to provide your name and insurance ID # and the front desk person will make a phone call or do an on-line inquiry. In some cases the Chiropractor will be a Preferred Provider and in this case the front desk staff can tell you quickly that they are indeed under your insurance. There are however, lots of insurance companies out there and few doctors are Providers for every single one of these.

A Chiropractor who has been in practice for several years usually will be listed under a multitude of insurance companies though.  I believe we are Preferred Providers for at least 10 different insurance companies.

At my office you can email Morgan or Sarah and ask them via email or call them at 425-802-5432 and they will gladly check.  You can also just drop in any time during normal business hours and have any of the front desk check for you.

Your insurance company should have an on-line query system in place wherein you can call or check from your computer to see if your doctor is a preferred provider. Preferred Providers have a special arrangement with your insurance company and are usually listed in their on-line website directories.

Most offices are happy to have your potential business so all you have to do is give them a call and provide your insurance number and your name and they'll gladly check for you.

Note: Sometimes the insurance company has a long phone wait for insurance verification so you may need to have the front desk call you back after they've verified.
