Getting Started
To join our referral program, let us know at the front desk that you're interested. You'll be registered into our system and receive a card with your name and your referral code on it. You may optionally receive a few physical referral coupons to give to other people, if desired.
If you ever lose your card, you have us make a new one with the same referral code.
Referring Patients
To refer someone, give them our contact information and the code (both will be on the physical coupons) and have them call or come in to schedule an appointment!
Giving them the physical coupon isn't required - as long as they provide us the referral code when they come in, you'll both be eligible for the benefits!
Benefits
A new patient coming in with the referral code has the option to get 1) $20 off their initial examination, OR 2) a free roll-on stick of Biofreeze!
- Medicare patients are not valid for benefits.
- Insurance patients are not valid for the $20 exam discount.
- New patient benefits are only valid to redeem until 12/31/2026.
For each new patient you refer, you will be able to redeem a free adjustment!
- Medicare patients are not valid for referral benefits.
- A new patient must complete their new patient exam for you to redeem your benefits.
- Your referral benefits can be transferred to someone else in-person at the front desk.
- If you have unclaimed adjustments after 12/31/2026, you may still redeem them.

Code must be registered at front desk by referrer before offer becomes active. Referrer may not redeem their own code as a new patient. Code valid for new patient redemptions until 12/31/2026. Referrer bonuses may still be redeemed after 12/31/2026 and are transferrable to another person at front desk. Medicare patients are not eligible for referral bonuses or for new patient special. New insurance patients are ineligible for exam discount option. Referred patients must complete their first time patient exam for referrer to receive benefits.
