IMPORTANT: Chiropractic Care for your Feet

Foot Doctor in Bellevue Seattle Wa The feet are often overlooked. Feet are the most important aspect of your ability to stay ambulatory and erect and get around and get things done.

However...the feet are the most abused body part of the whole body. People twist their ankles and exert a lot of weight shift on their ankles and feet and bind their feet in ill-fitting shoes and don't typically give their feet much thought.

Just imagine what life would be without your feet. It'd be a very difficult situation.

Most geriatric people go to the hospital or are injured or even die due to falls. Falls happen all the time and falls typically are the result of the feet not acting like they are supposed to.

The feet have a lot of small, tiny bones in them and these bones require some finesse in manipulating and moving around to keep in alignment. When the bones, ligaments, and other aspects of the foot are all in Chiropractic alignment...you will experience less falls, accidents and injuries and also be more willing to get up and be active.

When the feet hurt...it's hard to be interested in being up and moving around.

When the feet are feeling good...one is more likely to be willing to go work out in the yard, go to work, et cetera.

Here at my office I have a variety of implements to help shift, move, manipulate those tiny little bones and joints in the foot, the knee and even the hip in order to make your feet feel good. Manual manipulation of the foot, Strapping of the foot (with Kinesio Tape) and mechanical manipulation with an instrument can all help keep the foot in alignment and keep you active and healthy.  We also have custom fitted orthotics at my office in which we take a mold and get you orthotics that go right in your shoe to help keep your feet feeling fantastic.

Feet hurt? Come and see your Chiropractor before seeing anyone else and please, please, please treat your feet nice.

Best,
