Chiropractic Versus Other Practices.

Many people get the idea that all Chiropractors are against any other non-natural treatments and other fields of medicine. I don't know if that's true for every Chiropractor but for me and those professional Chiropractors I know...who have been in the business for awhile...we know that there are many times in life where one specialty is not the only solution to a problem.

There are times when I have to refer patients to one of our great local dentists in order to get the best results in treating TMJ with a patient. I can do a lot with the manipulation of the joints and muscles in and around the jaw and head. However, sometimes, there are teeth and gum problems that cannot be completely handled by Chiropractic alone.

There are also times when a Podiatrist will have other tools and instruments to help my patient with feet problems.

I refer patients out to other professionals in the Bellevue, Seattle area and other professionals in my area refer to me. 

There are specialists out there that spend their whole career and life just studying knees and knee injuries. It would be foolish of me not to refer to them in order to get the best treatment for my patient. I personally think it is my responsibility to help the patients seek out all possible solutions to their pain, discomfort, etc especially if they are not responding to regular Chiropractic care.
